It is the policy of Allen University to promote a productive work environment and not tolerate harassment based upon an individual’s sex, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, or any other legally protected characteristics. Verbal or physical conduct by any employee that harasses, disrupts, or interferes with another’s work performance or that creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment is prohibited. All employees, including supervisors and other management personnel, are expected and required to abide by this policy. No employee will be adversely affected in employment with the employer as a result of bringing complaints of substantiated unlawful harassment. Any employee engaging in improper harassing behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment.
