Description

Systematic Theology I: This course is the first half of a two-semester examination of the methods of doing theology. Special emphasis will be given to the centrality of Scripture, the primacy of human experience and social location, and the priority of history in shaping how and why we do theology. We will also emphasize the relevance of Christian theology to the church’s place in contemporary life. Prerequisite: Christian Theology
